Having lived half our lives in Los Angeles and the other half in Seattle, we have experienced a pretty wide spectrum of fast living. At the end of 2003, we felt compelled to move away from Los Angeles and back to Seattle. Over the last few years, we have developed a community of friends and colleagues that believe in spending quality time with one another, eating the local bounty of food to the extent that they reasonably can, and boldly walking a more sustainable path. Mind you we do this in the most fabulous, gorgeous, scintillating way we know how. We aim to bring Sustainability into the realm of Fabulosity.

Living the slow life doesn’t mean one has to adopt a wardrobe of hemp pants and Earth shoes while dwelling in a tipi and hunting wild boar with a bow and arrow. (Actually, that sounds pretty fabulous!) We bring an unapologetic demand, delivery and promotion of high style to the slow table.

We believe there is much wisdom in bringing a renewed appreciation for quality down time to this age of abundant technology. Done well, both our technological and sensual worlds can create a compatible reality of a life lived well.
